As many other have mentioned, I am currently unable to login to the Ruckus mobile app or web browser unleashed.ruckuswireless.com. This started a few days ago. I keep getting an error message that my device isn’t connected to the Ruckus Unleashes network, even though I am connected. I am able only to log into the dashboard via the Ruckus router IP address. The network is working fine, router, switch, and 2 APs are connected. It’s just the mobile app and web browser. What is going on and how can this be fixed?

Thank you. I found that the IP I was using (it changes because it is dynamic) is for the Master AP. Again, it allows me to log into the network on my web browser. But when I use that number as the destination for the app I am unable to log in.

Thank you for the response and the information.
Please Uninstall and Install the App again.
It should work with the Master Access Point IP Address, please make sure you are connected to the same RUCKUS Wi-Fi network on your App Mobile when you put and check the Master IP Address as the destination IP.

Thank you, I was finally able to log into the app. My only question is how to manage this when the dynamic IP resets. Will the unleashed.ruckuswireless.com come back? Seems like logging into the IP is a short term solution?

Thank you for the response and the update.
Please note that it’s a one-time process to log in to the App using this process and that’s the reason while configuring the Master AP IP address as Destination IP Address, we requested to make sure to connect your App device to the RUCKUS Wi-Fi network.
Later it will work even after getting different IP Addresses assigned to the devices dynamically by your ISP (Internet Service Provider) Router.
NOTE: Please feel free to mark the troubleshooting post as ACCEPTED SOLUTIONS.

How will this work with different IP addresses? Once the IP changes I’ll need to check it with my ISP dashboard and do this again. I already had to change it to a new IP THIS MORNING on the app. Seems like a short term fix, not a long term solution. And the unleashed website still doesn’t work.
