Ruckus is notnworking

My ruckus unleashed was installed back in 2018…. I have tried login into the accunt but i was never able, i need assistance on how to set up ruckus… i would have to reset which i cant find the reset button and start from scratch…. ATT came out and said i have to many ip address so i have no idea how to fix unless i reset.
