I am need help. My ruckus unleashed r510 suddenly stopped working this morning without an associated power outage. There aren’t any lights displaying on the device and my wifi smart home isn’t displaying on my phone. What should I do? The device is in the ceiling and I’m not comfortable getting on a ladder that high.

what you are asking me to do is beyond my capabilities. The access port is mounted on my ceiling which is very high. Can you recommend a service technician that can come to my house and take care of this issue? I work from home and need full access to my Wifi. I live just south of Houston, Tx zip 77583.
