Ruckus capped at 100mbps

Based on the information provided, it appears that you are encountering slower internet connectivity. 

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and are committed to assisting you promptly.

To better assist you, could you please provide the following information:

1. Can you confirm if your RUCKUS setup was previously operational, and if there were any power outages before the issue began?

2. As you mentioned Modem, do you have RUCKUS Switch connected directly to the Modem or Modem-Router Combo. Please note it will not work only with Modem.
3. When your switch is connected to the outlet, do you observe any illuminated lights (amber or green)? Kindly describe which lights are visible. Additionally, please provide a photo showing the status of the lights and the full switch panel with cable connections to the switch ports.

4. Is your internet connection from the ISP stable and functioning? You can verify this by connecting to your local router's Wi-Fi or through an ethernet cable from the router to a laptop/PC.

Imran, I understand you need photos, but it's pretty straight forward. Att modem has speeds of 500 mbps or more. The ruckus is hardwired to it and only providing wireless speeds of 100mbps or less. Is there a setting or adjustment that can resolve this? Att has advised that there ports are not capped at 100 mbps.

Thank you for the response and the information.

Please note that the RUCKUS R510 APs support wireless network speeds of up to 1.3 Gbps, while the ICX-7150-C12P Switch supports speeds of 10 Gbps or higher.

For the further investigation please help me with ALL the queries requested in my previous post.

Also, this isn't a new issue. This has been the case since installation.
