Ruckus and AP keep turning off

Hi.

I've had to reset my AP access points multiple times. Is there a way to fix it? I unplug the ruckus and the lights come back on but go away after a few minutes, I'm not sure why they keep going out.

Is there a way to get a replacement? I cant do these commands because the lights on the ruckus box turns off after a few minutes.

Hi @ebalele

Greetings!

Thank you for your response and the update.

Please note that the switch may power off temporarily during the process as it reboots and this is expected behavior.

Kindly try the process again and let me know how it goes. If you encounter any issues, feel free to reach out to assist you accordingly.

Thank you again for your patience and understanding.

It still keeps turning off. How can I move forward if the actual ruckus box doesn’t stay powered on?

Hi @ebalele

Greetings!!!

Thank you for sharing the requested information.

Based on the troubleshooting performed, your ICX-7150-C12P Switch is not responding properly, and seems to be defective hardware.

As a result, this Switch unit appears to be defective and needs to be replaced through the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process.

To initiate the replacement, Please use the private chat option to respond so we can proceed further. For your reference, I have included a screenshot below.
