Hello Ruckus Team,
Lennar Home - Internet connectivity issue with Ruckus Switch and Ruckus APs. Internet connectivity is normal with modem and only through Ruckus switch and APs the connectivity issue persist. Tried restarting APs and Internet modem. No change in result.
This connectivity issue impacts both work and personal tasks. Please help to resolve this issue.

Thank you for the response.
Could you please log in to your Unleashed system on a LAPTOP WEB BROWSER using the Master AP IP Address and check if you are able to access the unleashed webpage?
You should see the below-Unleashed dashboard after finding the IP Address of the AP. Try to log in
I recommend cross-checking the IP addresses listed in the IP scan results under the names "Ruckus Wireless" to identify the correct IP address of the AP and proceed accordingly.
Once you see the above dashboard, please try to use the default combination credentials as mentioned below.
Please check and confirm and let me know if you have any queries in this regard.

Please find my answers to your questions.
1. Not sure. There might have been some power outage over night which I might not have noticed.
2. On Ruckus Switch, when it is plugged, I see green lights on all ports. pictures are uploaded for reference.
3. In total 3 Access Points are connected to Switch and theirs pictures with light status are uploaded for reference. Some shows amber lights which you can see in picture.
As of now, I continue to have internet connectivity issue with Ruckus switch and with modem it works fine. I would appreciate your timely help on this.
