Ruckus Switch is Faulty

Hi,

I was sent a switch for the Faulty Ruckus switch and RMA for the case # 02180308.While I new switch is connected and AP's has power I also need to know what the process to send back the faulty switch.I don't see shipping label sent for me to send my faulty switch.Pls let me know the process to send the faulty switch and send me the shipping label for the same.

Based on the information provided, it appears that you did not receive and return label with the RMA Switch.  

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and are committed to assisting you promptly.

Could you please follow up with the RUCKUS RMA/Replacement team via the RMA email and request a return shipping label?

In the meantime, I will check internally with the RMA team regarding your case.

After checking internally with the RMA team we got to know that the shipping label is sent with the new Switch box, could you please recheck the shipping label included inside the replacement box and confirm?
