Ruckus R510 Not Powering On

Hello, 

We have a Ruckus R510 that is no longer powering on. We took it off the ceiling mount and tested it with an AC power adapter, and it still won’t power on. Can someone please help?

We appreciate the information you provided regarding your RUCKUS R510 Access Point not powering on.

To proceed, we kindly request that you follow the steps outlined below:

We kindly request that you connect your RUCKUS R510 Access Point (AP) to a functional power outlet and share both pictures and a single video showcasing the light status, the cord connected to the APs, and its connection to a working power outlet. Please refer to the example pictures provided below for guidance.

For the video upload, we have created a designated link for your convenience. You can access it via the following link: (Refer to the EXAMPLE VIDEOS from this drive link)

Kindly shoot a video similar to the EXAMPLE Video provided in the link. 

In the video, please ensure to capture the following:

1. Show the plug of the ICX-7150-C12P Switch being connected to a working outlet.

2. Simultaneously, display the light status on the switch.

Thank you for responding! I uploaded the pictures of our Ruckus R510 not working to a folder in the the Google Drive link that was sent over. I have also uploaded a video showing the R510 AP not working when plugged into a power source as well as a video showing our ICX-7150-C12P plugged in and working.

Based on the video, it appears that the ICX-7150-C12P is displaying both an amber and a green LED, as shown in the screenshot below. Could you kindly confirm if this is accurate?
