Hello,
We have a Ruckus R510 that is no longer powering on. We took it off the ceiling mount and tested it with an AC power adapter, and it still won’t power on. Can someone please help?

Thank you so much for all your help! Sorry I’ve been delayed getting back, I’ve been busy.
I’m not sure what happened, but the issue resolved when I hooked the Switch up to my MacBook… I did not need to go through the process of a software reset. I appreciate your help!
