Hi,
Can someone please help me. I having issue with my Lennar Ruckus Switch (ICX-7150-C12P).
1. Un-stable/slow connection.
2. Unable to connect switch from Unleashed web/App.
3. Unable to connect the switch from console port also.
Please find the below error message in dashboard.
:Failed to ping ICX 192.168.x.xx. Suggest checking the network.:
*Unleashed system only supports ICX firmware version 08.0.90 or later.
Switch’s Console ports are not responding. I have tried different troubleshooting steps however, the failure persists, and unable to perform the software recovery on the Switch.
Can you please someone help me to fix the issue.

Thank you for the response and the update.
If you are using MAC, try to access CLI using Telnet as described below.
Example "open terminal":
Telnet: Example
nc 10.0.0.132 23 (Format is : nc <ip address of the switch> 23)
If you can access the Command line should look like this:
????telnet@ICX7150-12P Switch>
Please confirm if you can access CLI using Telnet and let me know if you have any queries in this regard.

I have tried above step, Unable to access CLI via telnet. Please find the screenshot for your reference.
I also tried ping, no response, attached screenshot.

Could you please try to get console access using a Windows laptop/PC?

Hi Imran,
I have tried many times with windows /pc laptop also, console ports are not working/responding. No luck. Unable to connect using windows laptop also.

Thank you for the response and the update.
Could you please let me know the error you are getting on the Windows laptop? Please share a screenshot of the same and also a screenshot of the COM port details of the device manager.
Also please share a picture showing the Console cable connection between the laptop and the Switch.
Please help us with the above-requested queries and let me know if you have any queries in this regard.
