Ruckus ICX7150-C12P-2X1G not working after power outage

Hello, my Ruckus ICX7150-C12P-2X1G stopped working after a recent power outage. I have tried the reset option. I have unplugged the switch and re-plugged it in after a few minutes. Every time I do, the switch box flashes green really quick and then there are no lights at all. Right now, the switch is plugged into a functioning outlet, all cords and junctions have been checked, and there are no amber or green lights lit up on the back. We have two Access Points in our home and neither have any lights on. Please help.

Thank you for the information you shared.

From the case description, I understand that your Ruckus Switch is not turning on after the power outage.

Kindly shoot a video similar to the EXAMPLE Video provided in the link.

In the video, please ensure to capture the following:

1. Show the plug of the ICX-7150-C12P Switch being connected to a working outlet.

2. Simultaneously, display the light status on the switch.
