I've already submitted a case but was instructed to post here. My ruckus switch was installed as part of a deal with purchasing a Lennar home.
My switch is stuck with the "SYST" light steady amber, and the "PWR" light steady green. It does not send power to either of the 2 access points, no lights for any of my other Ethernet-connected devices, and I cannot ping it. Even after a reset it is stuck in the same state. Maybe this was after a power outage, but I'm not even sure that is the case since none of my other devices exhibit post-power-outage symptoms (e.g. alarm clock, microwave clock, etc all normal). I really don't know what would have happened to cause this.
