Ruckus ICX 7150-C12P switch restarting

I have problem with the switch it keeps reporting every 5 or 10 minutes by itself i try to unplug it and plug it back but it's the same it's been doing it for two days now

It was a pain, and I had no idea what i was doing, so every time I got an error I asked Claude what I was doing wrong, and that helped me trouble shoot.
