Hi,
My Ruckus switch in lennar home is not working after a power outage. Only the amber lights are on in the main switch and there is no power being delivered to the access points.
I tried following the fixes mentioned in the forums to no luck. Please see the screenshots attached.

Based on the information provided, it appears that you are trying the Software Recovery process for the RUCKUS Switch stuck in boot mode.
We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and are committed to assisting you promptly.
I noticed in one of the screenshots that you are encountering a “not alive” error. This issue is commonly caused by an active firewall on your laptop. (Refer to the screenshot below)

To resolve this, please refer to the RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge Base self-help article below:

Once the firewall is disabled, reinitiate the Software Recovery process once again.

My firewall was on during the attempt. I retried it again but no luck 😞
