Ruckus ICX 7150-C12P is not working

I have Ruckus ICX 7150-C12P with two access points installed by Lennar. 


My connections are from Modem to Router to Ruckus switch. 

 

Since last week, my ruckus access points have stopped working. I visited this forum to perform the factory reset and then try to identify the IP Address, but no luck. 

Please see the steps I performed:- 

1) Tried to identify the IP address of the Ruckus via IP scanner app, but no references to Ruckus devices. I tried on CMD prompt to get IP address, but no luck.

2) Tried fatrory resetting, but this step did not help. 

3) I cannot even see configure.me or connect.me connections on my Wifi.

4) I don't even know what is the user name and password.

 

Please help me resolve these issues.

 

This is the product #7150 which I was given by your rep, but it is not showing up any result in the window.

Hi,

After I replaced my WiFi router, Ruckus Switch started receiving the internet via LAN and Access points are getting Internet connection too. However, as attatched in the pic, except 2-3 ports on the Ruckus switch none of the other ports are working.  Please see the picture below - only the ports which are connected to Ruckus access points and incoming LAN are lit and rest of the ports are not working.  I think you will have to issue me a new Ruckus Switch .Switch_connection.jpegThe Other ports on the switch make connection to the entire house for Internet Wire connection.

I understand that the version on the Switch is 08.0.95bb.

We recommend transitioning to version 08.0.95g, identified as the stable version for Lennar Home users.

To facilitate this transition, we have recently introduced an upgrade tool tailored to ensure a seamless process. Utilizing this tool is straightforward: users simply need to input the IP Address, Username, and password associated with the Switch into the software interface.

For your convenience, please find the necessary resources below:

Please note: For now the tool works only on 08080f and versions between 08095g.

Why cant you issue a new Switch device itself? Mine should be covered under warranty.

I understand that you are requesting a replacement for the switch.

We are happy to assist with the replacement in accordance with our policies; however, we kindly ask that you complete a few troubleshooting steps before we proceed.

Kindly requesting you to upgrade the switch firmware to version 08.0.95g using the upgrade tool shared in the previous post.

If you encounter any issues during the upgrade, kindly provide a screenshot for our reference.
