Hello I tried to hard reset it about 20 times and the lights just stay blinking. I tried to do the software reboot and I was stuck in the COMS section and couldn’t do the coding.

Based on the information provided, it appears that you are encountering an issue with the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch stuck in boot mode and trying the software recovery process.

Could you please share a screenshot of the Device Manager showing the COM port details when the Switch is connected to the laptop? Additionally, please share a picture showing the Software Recovery cable connection between the Switch and the laptop.
