Ruckus ICX-7150-C120 Issue after Power Outage

Had a power outage in my community yesterday. Since then, my ruckus network doesn’t populate. There is power to the switch but the SYST is yellow/orange and the power is green.

Looking at other posts, I’m supposed to do like 30-45 hard resets but the amber lights just keep flashing and I’m nearing 30.

Based on the information provided, it appears that your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch is stuck in boot loop after a power outage.

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and are committed to assisting you promptly.

If multiple hard resets are not working, the next would be performing Software Recovery of the Switch.

Unfortunately I do not have an ethernet port on my macbook and only USB-C to USB-C connections. Will I still be able to do the software recovery or is there another work around?
