Ruckus ICX 7150 C12 - Oper State Off in Putty

Hello Team,
After a power outage one of the switch's 'Oper' state is 'Off' in putty. How to enable them? Please find the below screen shot.

Please give the detailed description of the issue. Also please let us know the LED status of the switch and the access points using the below guide.

Hello,
It was working for a shorter period and after recovered from internet outage, again its stopped working.
Issue: In the Ruckus I connected the router, my door bell, keys etc. But none of them working after the internet outage. I used PuTTy and tried with the Enable command. But it is not working as well.
In the Ruckus Syst LED is in yellow and PWR LED in Green. And no other light is on.

As per the case description, I understand that your RUCKUS setup is not working, with Yellow SYST and Green PWR lights.
As you mentioned, there is a yellow light on SYST and a Green light on PWR. It means that your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch is stuck in boot mode. Please refer to the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge base self-help guide to troubleshoot the issue.
