I have a home built by lennar and the ruckus network no longer works. The lights on the extenders are all completely off and I cannot figure out what is wrong with the system. The main ruckus device has power and lights on the Ethernet ports, but I cannot connect to any ruckus extenders.
Can someone help me troubleshoot this? Thanks

Update: the lights stopped blinking but stayed green on pwr and amber on syst.

Okay, we have green lights now! What do I do from here? I want to just reset all the access points and set this up from scratch

Thank you for the response and the update.
As I can see from the pictures you shared, now the lights are back to normal.
I see from a picture you shared, that that there is an ethernet cable plugged into the wrong port. Cables from ISP (Internet Service Provider) Router or any device must be plugged into any 1 in-12 ports as highlighted in the below screenshots. Once you plug it into the correct port reboot (unplug and plug from the power outlet) your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch and check the Access Point’s Internet connectivity after some time.
