Hello, I received a new modem from my service provider and now my Ruckus APs are broadcasting 5 ghz and 2.4 ghz but no internet.
I did not change the SSID and the ethernet cables are connected exactly as they were.
I am not able to access the unleashed.ruckuswireless.com configurator which calls for a hard reset.
I have tried to factory reset the AP and after a while the AP still broadcasts my SSIDs but again, no service.
I'm stuck and cant move from here, all of my smart home devices that run on 2.4 ghz (cameras, alarm, thermostat, etc) are disconnected.
Very frustrating need help.
