Ruckus 7150 c12p no internet wired and wifi

Hey I’m having issue connecting my ruckus I got with my Lennar home. Wired connect isn’t working and I can’t figure out how to connect to the WiFi. It won’t connect to the app right now and I was hoping for someone to call me and guide me though this.
