Ruckus 510 no lights on at all

I have a ruckus 510 my home was built in 2020 two story home I have two ruckus 510 and none of my lights are on it at all and I don’t think it’s even working and I have no clue how to fix need help system been down for this whole year and since we moved in out internet has been horrible I don’t think system ever was working

hello I do not have that option at all on mine when I'm logged in yesterday it showed picture icon but then when I tried to upload picture it said permission denied so Im on my MacBook now and I don't even have icon to upload picture

it came up this time yes we have had several power outages before we went full solar but I never noticed this thing working ever

Based on the pictures you shared, I can see that your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch has an Amber SYST light, which indicates that the switch is stuck in boot mode.
