Ruckus 510 no lights on at all

I have a ruckus 510 my home was built in 2020 two story home I have two ruckus 510 and none of my lights are on it at all and I don’t think it’s even working and I have no clue how to fix need help system been down for this whole year and since we moved in out internet has been horrible I don’t think system ever was working

Still no lights after switching ports

Thank you for the response and the update.

Please check all the available ports on the Switch. You may also try using a different Ethernet cable for the downstairs Access Point in case the issue is related to the cable.

Thank you for your response and the update.

As mentioned in my previous message, please try using a different Ethernet cable for this Access Point in case the current cable has become defective.

How are we suppose to do that the Ethernet cable looks like it’s ran in the walls all the way to the downstairs ceiling thing that has no light
