Ruckus 510 no lights on at all

I have a ruckus 510 my home was built in 2020 two story home I have two ruckus 510 and none of my lights are on it at all and I don’t think it’s even working and I have no clue how to fix need help system been down for this whole year and since we moved in out internet has been horrible I don’t think system ever was working

Thank you for your response.

As mentioned in my previous message on 11-07-2025 at 09:23 AM PST, your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch has an Amber SYST light, which indicates that the switch is stuck in boot mode.

Please refer to the RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge Base self-help article shared in that reply for detailed troubleshooting steps.
Kindly follow the steps mentioned there and let me know the results.

Ok I recieved it this time I read it and I rather have my husband mess with it he will be able to do it on Sunday I don’t want to mess it up I don’t feel comfortable messing with it
