Hi guys!
We’ve been having issues with our home internet, it’s unstable and many times our devices say there’s no internet at all. We’ve called AT&T and they say the problem is our router and it supposedly has to be rebooted. The thing is we don’t know how to do it and also I’m afraid all our smart home devices’ configuration could be erased.
I hope you guys can help us. Thanks!

Hi @EdithAC
Thank you for the response and update.
I truly apologize for the inconvenience.
Effective November’2022, ‘Ruckus Support for Lennar Homes customers will no longer be handled by phone or email. We will be exclusively supporting customers via this community forum support model.
Could you please just follow step 4th of my last post? That’ll be much easier for you. (Also sharing it below). By getting console access to the Switch we will be able to resolve it.
Below is the guide on how to console in the ICX-7150-C12P:
Once you get the access to the console, please enter the below commands.
Note: Hit Enter to accept each command
enable
show version
copy flash flash secondary
boot system flash secondary yes
(Please share the output screenshot of the ‘show version’ command to check your current version of Switch which is running on)
Example:

Please do let us know if there is any help required on the troubleshooting steps or if you are stuck at any point. We are happy to help you.
Thank you again for understanding.

Hi @EdithAC
Thank you for the response and the information you shared.
If you have the IP Address of the Switch you can access the CLI of the Switch by SSH or Telnet
For MAC also we have described the steps of getting Access to the CLI and console in the respective links.
Once we identify the IP address of the switch proceed to access remotely to the device “Command Line”
How to remotely access to 'ICX 7150-C12P' or 'access points' "Network devices":
If you can access the Command line should look like this:
ICX7150-C12 Router>
I) Here is a quick guide for understanding how to fix the 'routing code issue' however, you only need to run the following commands once you are on the command line 'CLI'
Note: Hit Enter to accept each command
enable
show version
copy flash flash secondary
boot system flash secondary yes
(Please share the output screenshot of the ‘show version’ command to check your current version of Switch which is running on)
Example:
VIDEO LINK AS REFERENCE: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Eem1IBgYaWc
ICX7150-24P Router>enable (hit enter to accept the command)
ICX7150-24P Router#copy flash flash secondary (hit enter to accept the command and wait: until the flash finished)
ICX7150-24P Router#boot system flash secondary yes (hit enter to accept the command: the switch will reboot)
II) And also, you could try the WEB access option as described in Point ‘3’ option II.
Try to access your switch from a web browser by pasting the below URL in http or https form whichever that works.
https://0.0.0.0 or http://0.0.0.0 (IP address of Switch. 0.0.0.0 is just as an example)
III) If these steps do not work, we need to access the Switch via the Console as mentioned in the previous post (step number ‘4’ of the earlier post)
As you mentioned ‘I can't console in the ICX-7150-C12P since it's on my living room ceiling as you can see in the very first picture I posted.’
The device that is on the ceiling is an Access Point. We have to get console access to the Switch which is in the cabinet. (Please refer to the below example)
How to console in the ICX-7150-C12P
Please let me know if you have any queries in this regard.
Thank you again for your patience.

Hi Imrad,
I can't console in the ICX-7150-C12P since it's on my living room ceiling as you can see in the very first picture i posted. Also PuTTY and Mobaxterm seem to work just with Windows. I have Apple products (Mac and iPhones)
I already have the IP address which is the step 1, what I can't do is get to do step 2
