Router not Working

Hey! We’ve been having issues with the router for over a year and after not being able to use it, after calling Century Link they told us it wasn’t a them issue and we ended up hiring another company for WiFi services. We tried calling but they told us that they wouldn’t help us anymore due to being Lennar customers, we are very stuck. Trying this as a last resort.
