Need help getting ruckus staying connected after power outages. Have unplugged and plugged back in twice.

Can you recommend any in person support for this system? This is way above my understanding and and capability. I need an in person assessment. Please refer someone besides Ruckus since they no longer support this product in person. 
Aldi I cannot see all of my inquiries in this log. This is becoming a long conversation I'm trying to follow and have to scroll through messages every time I try to see the conversation

Please help us with screenshots in the drive link I shared in my previous post.

As mentioned in my previous post, RUCKUS does not have any support team of technicians to support on-site for Lennar Homes.

If you are unable to proceed with MAC device, I would request you arrange a Windows laptop/PC, that would be much easier, and we will help you.

However, if you continue to have difficulty following the steps, we would recommend that you seek outside help or a technician.

Good morning, 

yes that is what I am asking you. A recommendation of outside help besides ruckus. Since I cannot get an in person service from ruckus, who do you recommend!? 
this is terrible customer service. Fir a homeowner who does not have the tools to correct or check a problem

is ridiculous. This is the company's responsibility. I wouldn't ask you to download an app to figure out what is wrong w your heart or lungs. 

please give a recommendation of an outside service provider.
