I don't know how to run an IP scan from the Mac. The application wouldn't run

Can I get a technician to come to my home? I am not knowledgeable in this and it has been over 2 weeks w this issue and I'm not getting anywhere. I have 3 children that reply on WiFi for school. I need someone in person to run these scans and figure out what is going on
