Reset icx 7150 password

I have a Ruckus ics 7150 as part of a smart home package from Amazon.  Amazon did the initial setup but I have lost the admin user name and password.  When I log on to change the password I get an error message saying the account hasn't been set up for a password change.  Is there anyway I can reset the password for the account?

I'm in the same boat. Tried super/sp-admin and admin/lennar...no luck with any of it. I found my Lennar/Amazon sheet with all the accounts I was supposed to setup, but for some weird reason Ruckus Unleashed is blank. My phone automatically logs into Unleashed app on my phone, but I'm afraid to logout because there's no password reset feature.
