I am requesting a RMA to return my Ruckus ICX-7150. What are the steps to do this? I have had issues with it for about 6 months now and am done and don’t have the expertise to do what you are asking us to do. I have been in my house for two years now and have had nothing but issues with your product. Please post in the next thread a RMA # and an address where I can send this ICX7150 to be replaced. I have seen this done in other posts and am requesting the same process.
