Hi,
Can an Engineer please provide me with an approval link for RMA request? My case # is 01863532. I received an email to provide the approval link, but the link request it in the email does not work.
My Ruckus switch/router will not reboot. Tried the pin resent method more than 15 times. Cannot perform the ethernet method. Please provide an approval for a replacement unit so I can get my Ruckus back up and running.

Thank you for your response and for providing the update.
Based on the picture you shared, I can see that the RUCKUS Switch now has a green LED for both the PWR and SYST indicators, which confirms that the Switch has returned to its normal state.
At this point, you can reconnect all the cables as they were previously configured to restore full functionality.

Thank you for your response and the update.
From the screenshot you shared, it appears that you have downloaded a different image file (08095P). As outlined in the Software Recovery Guide, please ensure you use the 08090k image. You can download it from the following link:

Additionally, I noticed that one of the cables is connected to an incorrect port on the switch. Kindly reconnect the cable to the appropriate port as shown in the screenshot below.
Please make these adjustments and try the process again. Let me know how it goes.

I am stuck again. I cannot locate my COM #. I am not sure if I configured the TFTP server application correctly. Can you tell by these screen shots? I am not tech savy and do not understand what to do after I chose the server interface.

Greetings!!!
Thank you for the response and the update.
Please make sure to download the zip drive for the file below & "extract all". Once it's extracted, run the file, the driver should be installed using the 2 links below.

Link 2: silabs.com/developers/usb-to-uart-bridge-vcp-drivers?tab=downloads
Once installed restart your laptop and try to locate the COM port details under 'Ports (COM & LTP)' with cables connected between the Laptop and the Switch (Refer to the below screenshot), Please check and let me know if that works.
