Replace the unit and the old RMA case # 01268397
Previously i raised the above RMA, and I would like to open a new RMA and want to work on my pending item to replace.

Thank you for the response and the pictures.
As per the light status of the Access Point it is not receiving internet connection via Switch/ISP. It may not be the issue with Access Point.
To check the same please also provide a photo showing the status of the lights and the full switch panel with cable connections to the switch ports.

Please let me know if you have any queries in this regard.

Sharing with you the picture that you have asked for, and hope this will help speed up the process. The PoE light is blinking every second. Please let me know what the next step is from here. I'm working from home, and I have a really bad connection without the router. Can we please speed up the process and solve the issue fast, so it will help me work from home? For now i have to go to the library for work till solve the issue

Apologies for the confusion. It appears that the image shared is again of the Access Point (AP). Could you please provide a picture of the Device/Switch to which the AP is connected via the Ethernet cable?
For reference, please see the image below illustrating how the devices should be connected. We kindly request you to share a picture of the Device /Switch that the ceiling-mounted AP is connected to.

Hi, Imran,
No need for the Apologies, I hate this system. I preferred the call, and that made the fast decision and solution. I have taken a couple of pictures with the note added, hoping that help you to solve the issue. The Ethernet that is connected to the Rukus device has a steady green light (12-port ISP modem-Router combo), and the Router R510, the PWR green light is steady, but the PoE green light is blinking every second. Hope this information will help you and be enough to solve or resolve the issue
