Replace the unit and the old RMA case # 01268397
Previously i raised the above RMA, and I would like to open a new RMA and want to work on my pending item to replace.

Hi Imran,
Thanks for your reply. Yes, one of my routers is not working. And I requested to replace that one (old RMA case # 01268397), but because of the family emergency i was out of the country for a couple of years, and haven't had a chance to do a follow-up on that. But now I'm back in the state and want to reopen the new RMA for the same issue,

Please let me know if you need more information about the product, what. wrong with the device is already mentioned on the old RMA, as well or let me know if you need any future information. I also provided my phone and email address to reach out tome diretly to speed up the process
