Recover me password

Moved into a Lennar condo previously occupied. The switch is working fine but the access point (R510) is only showing Recover.me-10C090 and is asking for a password in the setup. No documentation or procedures for getting back to the configure.me setup. I did follow reset process on ICX 7150-C12P. LAN cables were disconnected while I did them.

Access point model number is: R510

Hi @Suresh 

 

Based on the images you have shared it seems like the cables are wrongly connected in the switch. Please note that the cable marked in the below diagram had to be connected in the one of the 12 ports of the switch.

Hi,

Now the "Configure me..." network point itself is not connecting. Tried via laptop/mobile.

Find the images. is there any paid service available to have this completed. its dragging a lot for me. Let me know if any specific number to call and have this completed.

Thank you. I did the changes but this didn't do any changes here. Lights on access points are same, "Configure me..." is not showing up, my new SSID is not showing on the list.
Please help me with other steps to follow. Since its weekend, I have time but you will not be available. Any CHAT options available  OR paid services available?
This way, I am frustrated why I have this system installed which is not easy to reconfigure when new Internet connection added/ change of ownership to the house.
