Hello - I received my replacement Switch and the lights on my access points (3 on 3 different floors) always remain orange. Trying to access Ruckus Wireless 1 also, but don't know password it asks for.

Thank you for the response.
Please perform the factory reset configuration on ONE Connected AP and once it is completed and in a working condition, connect the other APs back to the Switch panel. (For more information please refer to the factory reset process shared previously in this post).
