Hi I tried rebooting the ruckus and now the access points don’t light up, I’ve tried powering on the system with the reset button pushed and nothing happens. I don’t have a laptop or computer to do all of the other things that were stated in some of the topics. Help !

Ok , I did these commands, restarted the device and I still have a yellow and green light

Please let us know whether you have upgraded the switch to the latest version or not.
If yes please try to reboot the switch and let us know the result.

I have upgraded the switch , I then unplugged it and connected it to the router and modem and it has one green light and one yellow light it is not working

Please provide an image/photo where you are trying to connect via console / Ethernet from ICX 7150 - C12 P (USB type C to USB ) to PC. ( Physical setup ) like the following example :

I can do
that but the issue is when I disconnect console mode and try to connect the to the router via Ethernet
