Re: Ruckus 7150-c12p boot loop.. Cannot access CLI

I am having similar problems. I tried to reset at least 15 times and no success to get it to boot. I have all amber lights. I also have tried to connect using Putty, but I get this screen with no movement. I think it may be shot, but need to see how to get an RMA. Does anyone have any thoughts?WIN_20250515_17_12_31_Pro.jpg

Based on the information provided, it appears that your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch is stuck in the boot loop.

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and are committed to assisting you promptly.

Could you please try to hard reset some more times, as described in the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge Base article? If that doesn’t work please follow and perform the Software Recovery to the Switch from the same article.
