I’ve gone through the instructions provided, but I’m facing significant challenges. I only have a MacBook with me, and the instructions seem outdated. Do you expect me to purchase a new Windows laptop just to follow them? The video you’ve shared is over 4 years old and references a different macOS version, which doesn’t align with the current macOS 18.2. How do you expect this to work in the current environment?
Why does this process have to be so complicated? RUCKUS advertises a lifetime warranty, but I’m struggling to see where that warranty coverage comes into play here. Where is the support for warranty repairs or issue resolution? Simply posting instructions doesn’t seem to address the problem effectively.
This has been a frustrating experience, and I’d appreciate a more practical solution to resolve the issue.

Kindly disregard the drivers demonstrated in the video. Instead, please download and install the drivers listed below before accessing the switch via the Mac terminal:
Mac iOS System Solution:
Install the necessary drivers to enable communication with the switch (ICX-7150-C12P) using a USB Type-C to console cable.

I am still trying to figure out. I borrowed my friends windows laptop, I was able to progress till some point like installing tftp app and after that I am unable to find port in the windows laptop with windows 11 home os. Seriously, RUCKUS support is the one of the worst ever I have to work with.

Just simply tell me, RUCKUS does not have capability to fix the issue, this support is another way of prolonging the issue and out of frustration customer will try to figure out something else and leave the support community. When i bought this house and setup the RUCKUS promised me lifetime warranty, i want RUCKUS to fix my issue. I want the warrant support, talk to me via phone, instructions are confusing, and the videos are completely outdated. Please call me at 612-479-1565 almost more than year i am having problem. Before at least one of the AP was working now nothing is working, i tried AP factory reset, Switch reset nothing working. I have tried to do software recovery one of difficult task ever i have to do and with no success. borrowed windows laptop from my friend and no success. I want RUCKUS to fix my issue. or done manufacture product you can't fix it or don't give lifetime warranty. I am not sure whether you understand my frustration. uttermost frustration and no help. Still paid like 10k to lennar for this wifi AP setup.
