I can’t figure out how to enable and repower the PoE (Power over Ethernet) ports on the switch which are currently disabled, is there a number I can call and be walked through the process?

From one of the pictures you shared, it appears that the LED status on your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P switch is normal. However, the PoE (Power over Ethernet) ports on the switch may be currently disabled, which may be why your Access Points are not powering on.
