Hello, sorry for the late reply but I was away for some time.
I’ve attempted the suggested trouble shooting techniques and was able to access my terminal to attempt to power on the extender as demonstrated. Unfortunately my device still won’t power on. I’ve provided a picture of the terminal information.

Thank you for the response and the update.
Could you please try to upgrade the Switch using the process explained in the article?
Note: The USB/flash drive should be in FAT32 format, and it should be a STANDARD A USB
