ICX7150-C12P -2X1G - No Connectivity to the switch

I am unable to open session in putty when connected to this switch for my home. Any suggestions? I followed https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Support-for-Lennar-Homes/How-to-perform-a-Software-re...but can;t get passed D

As per the case description, I understand that your Ruckus setup is not working.

Also, I understand that you tried to perform software recovery, however, you are unable to open Putty session.

Could you please share the screenshot once you open the Putty app?

Also, please share a picture of the software recovery cable connections between Switch and laptop.

Once we have the screenshots, we will guide you on how to proceed further.
