How Do You Connect To The Ruckus Unleashed User Interface if Username and Password is Lost?

Hi Dear Imran.

I'm new in Ruckus and I have a client doing for him Home Automation upgrade.
The gear is Ruckus and it's working fine. but I don't have any access to wireless network control.

The system includes:

Zone Director 1200
Linksys LGS318P
Ruckus ZoneFlex R310 access points.
I've tried all above passwords and didn't work

Please advise
