GOod evening,
I have a RUckus ICX 7150 paired with an R510.
I have had multiple power outages, usually a simple reset works but that did not work this time.
THe ICX 7150 is showing an Amber light under "Sys" And the R510 shows no power or indicators on.

As per the case description, I understand that your RUCKUS setup is not working after the power outage and the APs do not have power.
Also, the system showing Amber lights as the Switch is stuck in the boot mode.
Please follow the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge base self-help article which will help you to fix the issue when the Switch is in boot mode.
