RUCKUS not sending signal

the Ruckas box does not appear to be working.  The smaller box mounted on my ceiling has 2 green lights, 1 not lite and 2 orange lights.  I have tried resetting the unit by unplugging it and then plugging in again but I get the same results.  I think I need a new main box

sorry fr the delay. I have tried several times to do as you asked but I am getting nowhere.  Please remember I am not a tech and I do not understand I am a senior citizen and not tech savvy.  So where do we go fron here
