RUCKUS ICX7150-C12P is not powering up

My ICX7150-C12P is not powering up. I tried to plug in several places which is working well, but the amber just lighted on about 0.2 sec and went dark, then nothing on.  Also I tried all options posed on the forum, but it just simply didn't work.  I requested RMA on RUCKUS homepage, and it told me to communicate here first. Please help to fix this issue asap to connect all devices in my home.

Thank you for the information you shared.

As per the case description, I understand that your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch is not powering up.

Could you please try to reset the Switch using a paper clip as described in the below VIDEO and guide?

IF THE RESET IS NOT WORKING, PLEASE TRY TO RESET YOUR SWITCH MULTIPLE TIMES (Like 10-15 times) AS DESCRIBED ABOVE. As we have seen it working sometimes after trying multiple times in many cases. If the reset with a paperclip works, the SYST and PWR lights should turn GREEN.

Thank you for your quick response. 

I tried it more than 10 times as per the guidance, but still no changes.  

Since I recorded the way how I did, if you need the video record, I will send it to you. 

Please assist me how to proceed further.

Thank you for the response and the information you shared.

Could you please plug your ICX-7150-C12P Switch into a working power outlet and send us PICTURES and VIDEO of it showing the light status, and cord connected to the Switch and a working power outlet? Please refer to the below pictures as an example.
