RUCKUS 7150 that came with the house isn't powering any of the R510(we have 2)

Please help, I am 14 and have been working on this for hours. I have followed all of the guides so far but they are not made for apple macbooks. I have the solid light, I have factory-rested it, and I have connected my computer to the ICX through a USB C and an ethernet cable. I have only recently gotten into coding, so please use lamines terms.

Basically I need help performing a Sofware recovery ON A OLD MACBOOK PRO

Thank you for the information you shared.

As per the case description, I understand that your RUCKUS setup is not working, and Access Points do not have power.

Could you please let us know the answers to the below queries to assist you better?

1. Was this working before or is it a new installation? If it worked before, was there any power outage before you started facing this issue?

2. On your switch while it's plugged into the outlet, do you see any lights on? (Amber or green) Please let us know which lights are on. (Please refer to the below picture and share a picture of the same, showing the light status and the FULL Switch panel cable connections to the Switch ports)

Please help us with pictures of your ICX-7150-C12P Switch showing the status of the lights and cable connections to the Switch ports.

Before uploading the photos please log in to the RUCKUS account and you can upload the image.

Please let us know the answers to ALL the above queries or let us know if you have any queries in this regard.

I think it did  work and then we had an outage, also will I have to reset and re do the software every time we have an outage

Please note this issue may happen frequently when your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch is on an older version. We can upgrade it once the Switch comes back to the normal state.
