As per the case description, I understand that you are trying to log into the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch console.

Could you please try to log into the Switch using the default credentials?

Switch default credentials will be as mentioned below. 

Username: super

Password: sp-admin

If the above credentials don’t work, you can try below default credential combinations as well.

Please check and let me know if you have any queries in this regard.

Thank you. The first combination worked. Do you have the firmware upgrade manual and what is the latest firmware for ICX-7150-C12P ?
