I have two R510's in my home, one is working perfect. The other will not respond to a factory reset, and is flashing RED on the PWR light slowly.
Does this AP need to be replaced?

That is not acceptable. There has to be a better way than this. Why did Ruckus discontinue support for Lennar buyers like this? Your AP has failed and you are making it MISERABLE to get fixed.

Thank you for the response and the information.
Based on the troubleshooting done, and you confirm after performing the reset of the Access Point, and checking all the connectivity and connections, the failure persists. This is the only ONE access point that isn’t working with a Red PWR LED on it even after checking with an external power adapter it behaves the same. This ONE Access Point Unit Should be RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in simple words replacing it.
