R510 Acess point not powering on

ICX 7150-c12p: system an power light green

qty 2: R510 Access Point

We had a power outage last night and the r510 no longer have any lights coming on.

I rebooted the entire system: no change

Reset the r510 and nothing

Before concluding the access points are bad, I want to make sure there isn't more I could check.  Both going out at the same time makes me think they got fried.

Hi @this14linda

Thank you for the response and the update.

Please try to reset the Switch as described in the below VIDEO then try to IP scan once again.

Do you have any suggested repair services that deal with your equipment.  This is way out of my  expertise and I have already spent 6 hours on it.  Any direction you can point me would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @this14linda

Thank you for the response.

Apologies for the inconvenience. This forum is on best best-effort support basis.

Regrettably, RUCKUS does not provide on-site technical support for Lennar Homes. We recommend attempting a hard reset of the switch as outlined in my previous message and rechecking the IP scan. Occasionally, after a reset, access points may also receive power.

Additionally, could you kindly confirm whether you have access to a Windows laptop?

Thank you once again for your patience and cooperation.

I can confirm no access to anything windows.  The video said that if I do a reset, everthing will need to be reconfigured, I think that is way out of my comfort level.
