Hello

After a power outage 1 of 3 APs are offline. I have reset with no luck.

Thank you for the response and the update.

We suggest you factory resetting your RUCKUS Access Points to reconfigure them with a new Wi-Fi Network/SSID.

Unable to connect to configure.me states network connection error out of range but I’m right under the 1 ap that is connected 

I was able to connect to configure.me now waiting for all ap’s to fully connect.

 Factory reset completed. All 3 ap’s still not working properly. Can these be replaced because I have been at this for days. My internet is to expensive for this to continue another day. Please arrange for someone to replace these things.
